I wish that I could help, but I can't. You will need to send a PM to username "admin" or try emailing support. Typically, they have been very hard to get in contact with for some reason.
In the mean time: Are you able to upload any files from your iPhone to the website? It appears, by the fact that you are posting in this forum, that you do have an account of some type.
Remember that in order to successfully upload data to the website, the username and password must be the same on all devices.
