Yeah I love wheat stuff and amazingly coincidentally I have not had wheat for 5-1/2 days (vacationing at family's house who shun wheat). I've been at 200-300 bg for months and now it just floats at 115-120 every day on half the insulin I was using. So I guess this is problem for me. Upped my veggies and some nuts to take place of my wheat-y stuff
