If you can log into the website and the username and password is the same on all devices, then you should be able to sync.
Which version are you running the Free or the Pro?
For now try this:
Under Settings set the 2 Way Sync to OFF (Upload Only) [with a check mark].
Close the app.
Turn the iPhone off then back on.
Make sure that you have a wifi connection.
Open GB and try to Quick Sync.
If it still doesn't work, try the "Sync All Logs" under Settings.
If that doesn't work, try both sync's again using the 4G (ie no wifi).
