No, it's normal to get frustrated with the disease. I was diagnosed when I was 18, and a freshman in college. I imagine that I felt the same things that you were feeling now. It is a very busy and pivotal time in line and then another layer of stess and responsibility is thrown on top of it!

Since you are newly diagnosed, I suggest speaking to a therapist about it. I did and it helped tremendously.

And realize, you're going to have bad days where you just want to throw your hands up and say "Scr*w this sh!t!!!". But, you know deep down that you can't ignore it. Allow yourself bad days. Throw a pity party. But don't allow it to last more than a day or two. it's not worth it. choose to accept it and choose to be happy.
