weight loss
I'm 5'11 and have lost 30 lbs. I've been at 200 for 3 months. I would like to she'd 10-12 more. I walk 15 minutes after lunch & bike 30 minute in the evening. I'm a serious carb counter. Any suggestions? Thanks Whitney (male)
