When I first started I tried to limit each meal to 30 carbs per meal. Currently breakfast is still about 30, but lunch and dinner have risen. That is most likely why I am not loosing as much weight as I did before. I'm also not walking as much as I did then. At prime weight loss I was walking 10k steps per day. I suppose that I need to implement the walking back into my routine. I still have about 30 lbs to go.
