bbb, I would look at what you're eating for dinner or a before bed snack. if there's a lot of fat or protein in it, you likely go to bed at a good number but rise throughout the night. on insulin pumps, there's a specific "extended bolus" feature for this exact thing... a little more difficult to manage with just injections...
