GB is awesome for tracking carbs, but if you want more detail in terms of protein, carbs, fat, etc. I really like Cronometer.com because it allows you to set your own parameters - so say you want you diet to be 20% carbs, 50% protein and 30% fat, you can set it up and it will show you how much of each you've eaten each day. It also breaks down your macro and micro nutrients so you can see where you might be deficient in certain things and you can supplement as needed.
