I have the same issues - I've not passed out yet but I am very close when it dips - I go from 210- to 66 in 30 mins or less - I notice it is when I have a lot of carbs - it's like my body can't break it down so sugar goes really low. I was just tested positive for autoimmune and going to rheumatologist in a week so I'm hoping to get answers - I was also told to change diet - more protein and to carry hard candy or juice with me at all times
