Default upgraded to PRO, can't find e/mail to activate

I upgraded to PRO, paid for it, $5.99, started using PRO, but can't sync my records as I did not click on a supposed e/mail from GB PRO to activate.....I think I accidentally deleted it. I have written to GB, a few times, no response, and I am upset that they say "they will respond......" so far nothing. I will not pay for it again....anybody else have a suggestion as to how I can activate this APP that I paid for already?
