I eliminated all sugar, soda, juice, pasta, and fried from my diet. I eat mostly meats, whole grain breads, veggies, and cheese. However yesterday I stayed hypoglycemic all day so I went to dinner with my sister and I ate a carboCHEATdrate meal with Mac and cheese and a loaded baked potato. Ate my leftovers right before bed and still was awakened by a blood glucose of 51!
