Welcome to the Forum!

I have found that my fasting levels remain between 70-99 mg/dl, if I can hold my before bed blood sugar between 100-120 mg/dl. However, this all depends on what was eaten for diner, the amount of insulin taken and the amount of exercise before bed. Sometimes a handful of almonds before bed will help fight off the lows.

The best advice that I can give you is to urge you to read and study all the information that you can find on your condition. Knowledge and self education are key. Most doctor's and endo's will not take to time to tell you everything that you need to know to successfully manage your condition. Always remember that we are all in this together. If you have questions, we are here! Good luck with your control and management.
