I read up on the above links so I thought I would try and see what happens and true enough at least for me my bg is lowered. The other day had a little scare though I tested right before working out and my bg was at 60 I don't know if it were the almonds I ate an hour before or the creatine 30 mins before or the combo of the two but bg was back to normal at 80 after my work out. So I think the almonds work they are just a bit expensive but very beneficial ill post more info as I trial it some more
