No, you can not sync from the website. I was only asking if you had data located on the website.
Have you rebooted your iPhone since you installed the GB Pro App? If not turn the iPhone off and back on, sometimes this works.
If this doesn't work, delete the app and reinstall it. Make sure that your username and password are the same on all devices and try the sync again.
