Ok. This is driving me nuts!
I typically have numbers of 120-ish fasting and 140-ish after meals. Not great I know. I'm working on it.
I have started doing a 20 minute exercise routine every night. That always seemed like it worked. Last night before the exercise I was at 177 then after 20 minutes - 123.
Sucess!
Then before bed (and hour and a half later) I was at 166. HUH?
who hours after I woke up this morning....215. HUH?????
Background of yesterday: I didnt eat a ton until dinner. Went out to dinner at a friends house and had Chicken pot pie. Which was not smart, I admit. Then last night I only slept 4 hours.
Does anything think it was because of the lack of sleep with the combined eating poorly for dinner? My workout last night was extra intense because I had the guilt of eating pot pie.
I'm so lost.
