Just try to eat a little more and hold your blood glucose between 100-120. Learn to count carbs, see the "Carb Counting 101" thread in the Type 2 Section. This will most-likely help you alot, because when you learn how many carbs that you need to maintain the normal blood sugar, you will be on the mark every time you test.
