So I charted my progress (I'm using GBuddy) since last month. Looking better and hopefully, I can stick to it.
Fasting BG values (out of bed). The weight line below you need to add (50 lbs.). Still need to lose around 17 more (lost 10 already) to be on the normal BMI range. I'm on Metformin AM & PM + Diet. Need to exercise more.
