T2 almost 2 Years. GB Newbie

I was diagnosed in March 2014 with type 2. My a1c was 10.8 and BG 310. I'm on metformin and Trulicity. In December 2015 my a1c was down to 5.9.

I've not been very organized in tracking my daily...
