My sugar levels went from 596 to 180 but my vision is so blurry I can hardly see. Will this correct itself or do I need the eye doctor

I went to the doc last week and found out my A1C was 15. That night I took my glucose level and it was 596. In just over a week I have lowered it to 200. I already notice my gums are no longer...
