foods that I don't throw me off

I take novolog and carb count, so I can't eat anything over about 4 carbs without taking insulin.

So between meals, a handful of almonds, a slice or two of low fat cheese, 1 piece of sugar free...

About 8 months ago my very fragile barely in control sugars then went skyrocketing and my primary cares very slow and careful...
