I am looking for insight and help on how to gain muscle while keeping my bg between 70 and 130 at all times. I know to really gain muscle requires a lot of calories, protein and carbs. I need help...

I was diagnosed June 23rd with type 2 diabetes. I had an A1C of 13.6. My dad has it and it has kicked his butt. I knew I didn't want to follow his example. I know I have a lot of years ahead...

Figured it out!

I went to taco bell and got a diet pepsi after my 1 hour post dinner reading. I believe they gave me a regular pepsi.

Ok never ordering a drink again I don't get to fill myself.
