Dr switched me to Levemir a month ago - I'm having to take twice as much now to keep bg at acceptable levels. Insurance now pays but WTF? From 90 to 180u a day? Anyone else ever see this?

I try to keep the spike at under 140 after ONE hour. If you can do that you're as on top of it as a pancreas normally is. You don't want to get over 180, period. Read your gl before making a change,...
