It calculate that I needed about 280 carbs per day. Heck, if I ate that much, my blood sugars would be sky high. I have to stay under a 100 carbs or trouble starts. Of course what type of carbs...

Anyone out there with RA (besides myself) who is also diabetic? Was curious how nasty flares affect your blood sugars? Any change? Stay high?

Would be curious to know.
