Exercise 20 min every other day for two weeks....

Exercise 20 min every other day for two weeks. Then gradually increase to 20-30 min every day. Blood sugar will drop as you loose weight. Good luck and live longer. Light to moderate exercise is ok

new to u

Type 2 for 18 yrs. just switched from pen to regular needle injections. Took awhile but good numbers now. Jct
