Update Sept 27/13
Ok, so here's the latest.
Aug 12/13 I had a lab BSF of 16.5 and A1c of 11.3.
Sept 27/13 it dropped to a lab BSF of 9.5 and A1c of 8.2.

FitDay.com is pretty good too. Allows you to enter custom foods, also tracks weight, mood, required Cals. All in all a great product for free. Also has iphone/ipad app as well as pc.
