High BS after fasting

My BS is under control during day after meals. However, the morning BS (fasting) BS remains 120-130. How to lower?

Does't glucose level spiked immediately after meal for first two hour before it come down to accepable level? Recommentations is, for most patients, to check glucose after two hours after the meal. ...
