Now that my local log is empty, if I enter new values and then sync (with free GB) will my current online log be deleted and replaced by the new local log or will the new local entry just be added to...

Local log deleted by accident

By accident I deleted the GB free app from by iPhone. The local log was lost, but the online log is still there. Is there a way to recover/rebuild/reload the local log?
