helo friends, i think no need to workout at the gym. just keep running in the early morning and keep doing exercise. it will make result slowly, but it will help you to maintain your body condition...

hi friends, the best way to gain weight is to have food in time. don't do any work. simply waste your time at home and eat vitamin food. use meat once in a week.

My activities
hi, i doesn't stop my any activities if someone suggest me. I always keep running in the early morning, it keeps my body looking good. also i do yoga once in a week.
