Very normal. I gained very little weight after following the GD diet and after delivery I weighed less than when I got pregnant. My baby was born at a very healthy 7 lbs 6 oz.

I found out today that I'm pregnant with our third. I had GD with #2 and so this time I plan to test and eat properly right from the start, hoping to prevent GD.
