I did google it, I read the pro's and cons. lots of questions for sure but for now it seems to be working.

Holy Shawow
Finally got off my butt and went for a 30 min walk. Meter went from 107 after low carb dinner, to 90 after walk.

Sugar Free Coffe-mate
I switched to Coffee-mate non dairy creamer (powder at work liquid at home).
The powder has only 1g carbs per tablespoon and 0 sugar according to the label. I haven't noticed any spike in meter...

Anyone else using Byetta? I just started a new program with Diabetes America (recommended by a coworker of my wife), and so far so good. The totally strange (and awesome thing) is the way it shuts...
