If you really read the Atkins book you will see that after 2 weeks (like SB) you add more (notice the more) low carb veggies. Which means salads, greens, non starchy veggies. It is never no carb. And...

T2 almost 5 yrs taking Metformin 500x2. My bg is good but Im wondering about the need for carbs. I use very little. Am looking forward to answers. Karen
