Mary, it sounds like you need a new doctor! Your doc should be educating you and getting you on a heathy path! I don't know what kind of ins you have but an endocrinologist can be a huge help along...

Hi, my name is Jamie. I am T2 diagnosed 2/2011. I am controlling with diet and exercise so far. It sure is a lot of work! I have tried several apps before I found this one. It has been a help.
