On or off?

I usually lower my basal for things like running, golf, or volleyball. When playing a contact sport or swimming I take it off and check about every 45 minutes.

Apps are great!

Heard about this from a friend at a camp for Diabetic kids we volunteer at! Pretty excited about it! Hope to see some good lifestyle changes and encouragement from the site!
