Same thing has happen to me with both my new iPhone and iPad... The Apple store configured my iPhone correctly and I thought I did a good job backing up my old iPad. I am not sure what happen but...

All I need is my iPad to iPhone for the Doctor visit. He was the one to turn me on to iPad application....

I can add my WT and BP to my iPhone and iPad but not here on my laptop.
The laptop logs show the correct info for WT and BP. Just wondering why.

Do I need to add the same meds. very day or is there a way to enter once and only update when the Doc adjusts them? The graphs are holding it seems like on the 1st day and only day I enter my meds....
