Workaround
I just found a workaround: instead of clicking on "Export All Logs", try "View Logs", click on a period containing the data you need (up to the last 90 days), and then click on "Export Filtered...

Same problem here
I haven't been able to download log entries since february 2nd. Last time it worked was january 26th. I tried on Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox 27.
