I'm 15, and a new t1 diabetic. Mabye I'm just paranoid but I was wondering what the range of blood sugar is to avoid complications?

I am a new t1. I am almost ready to choose if I want a pump or if I want to keep going with the insulin pen. Any suggestions?

PS: I am almost 15 years old and I play baseball and basketball
