I am on Metformin, glimiperide and a few months ago, my doctor added Onglyza. I can't tell that it has affected my readings much but I also don't have any stomach complaints or other reported side...

My father was having the same problem with the extreme AM lows. His doctor switched him to a smaller dose at 12 hour intervals instead of the night time dose and it seemed to really help.
