Some meters, like those made by Abbott, max out at 27.7, and I'm guessing this si why. The majority of meters max out at 33.3, though.

It would be EXTREMELY useful to be able to search the notes field on the website (or even better, via the iPhone). I don't see much point in making notes on entries if I have to search through...
