I was diagnosed 26 years ago this month at age...

I was diagnosed 26 years ago this month at age 28!! My doctor stopped the glucose tolerance test halfway and sent me straight to the hospital for a week.

I totally agree with adding yogurt to your day!! It has helped so much w/chronic Uti's and Yi's I've had in past years...
