You can also try Ezekial breads. They seem not to raise my BG as much.
They also make English muffins too.
In the frozen section of good supermarkets and health food stores.

Graphs my Doctor would like to see
When I took my printouts (charts and logs) to my Doctor, he said he really would love to see the charts be able to be formatted thusly...
