46 yo male diagnosed with Type 2 90 days ago. This app has helped me get everything under control.

GB is only one of the ways I am getting better:

- metformin 500 MG 1x/day
- DAILY execercise (walking daily; 4x/week workout at gym)
- portion control at meals
- carb counting
- support from sites like this, dLife, etc.

I'm motivated and gonna keep this disease at bay.
