type 2 for 6 years now, struggeling with moring highs, called the dawn phenonom back to insulin to control it. Tried every thing but this is all that works for me. Hopefuly i won't gain weight watching my food intake and excerse. Meds metforim er 1000 mg twice a day januvia 100mg once a day, and now again lantus solostar pen 16 units per night.
