Have your thyroid checked.

Used to get them quite often in the warmer months. Found "hydration" was the key to keeping them in check. I now average about 128oz of water daily. Notice I said water; not cokes, coffee, tea, just plain ice water. No calories, no sodium, nothing to take away from the natural functions of the body. 128oz of water is a lot if you're not used to it. Check with your doctor before you start this behavior. You may have other co-morbid issues that would prevent you from drinking so much (i.e. Water intoxication, dialysis, pneumonia, etc). Good Luck. Hope it all works out

Have a doctor look to make sure it's not hidradentis suprativa. Maybe spelled wrong but Google will know.
