Remove testing in pairs options

When I first got this app, I was poking around and added some Testing in Pairs options.

Now I have purple "Before Swimming and "Before Breakfast" options above the normal black options including a black "Before Breakfast" option.

I'm not actually interested in using the testing in pairs section. How do I remove those?
