What is the point of "Food average"?
In iPhone app under My info there's "Averages" and "Food (in grams)". I understand the breakfast, lunch, dinner, whole day, etc. averages, but this is a mystery. Why would anyone like know the average of all meals, especially when it includes snacks? And is it so important that you must see in the iPhone app?

The food average is pretty useful to me. I am T1.5, take multiple daily injections and try very hard to keep my food average at ~50 carb grams per meal. This number is directly proportional to my control and as this number climbs then I notice that my control does as well. As usual other opinions may vary and if you don't use or need this feature, then you should pay no attention to the feature. I suppose that some would say that there is no need for the Average Blood Sugar feature, even though this number is used to calculate the A1c.

Thanks for the reply Dano. I eat snacks here and there (and of course put humalog accordingly), so for me it was hard to imagine what the feature is for. You live and you learn. :)
