Downloaded update-app doesn't open

I have just downloaded and installed the latest update on my iPhone and it now quits after the splash screen.:(
Help!

Thats odd, I have not heard of that happening. Jeff will hopefully be along shortley, maybe he can offer a solution.

Hmm, OK My iTouch is on version 3.1.3 but GB 3.4.1 loaded with no problems, so far... It may be only an iPhone problem I guess. I'd try and see if I deleted it from the iPhone and restored it from the computer if that fixes it. Or wait for Tom to solve it :D

Or just update to IOS4. It's super easy, only takes about an hour. And you'll have better features for it. That's assuming you're on a 2G or higher model of ipod. Otherwise you can't upgrade to ISO4.
