Januvia, does it really work?
 

I was just diagnosed a week ago, been on Januvia since. How long does it take to work?

Some Meds can take up to a month to get into your system. Most people see a noticeable difference in 2 weeks..

I was diagnosed almost 4 weeks ago. They started me on Janumet (Januvia/meta) It took just over a week to get my levels down and week 3 before I saw some readings below 100 (I was above 300 and A1c @11.5). I have been on a very strict low carb/sugar diet. Also visit a nutritionist, They can set limits and really helped me with my intake. I'm starting week 4 and am now occasionally seeing some readings in the low 80's. Good luck!
