Intermittent fasting
 

Hi all! So I was reading some posts on here last night and some people had mentioned Dr Jason Fung so I watched a cpl of his YouTube videos and he was talking about intermittent fasting and how it can get insulin resistance under control. Has anyone tried this? I'm on metformin 500mg twice a day and I'd like to get off of it before it gets worse. Looks like there are a few different methods, I'm gonna try the 16/8 method first I think. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
