Lettuce Wraps
 

Cutting out carbs, I've stumbled upon a love for lettuce wraps!
Where I work, on Tuesdays we have a sandwich buffet. One day they served butter lettuce and it was the perfect size to wrap up the sliced turkey in. I was in heaven!!! Since then I have been on a wrap everything in lettuce kick.
Does anyone have any good lettuce wrap recipes or ideas they can share with me???
