after readings

I'm new to this app. When are you supposed to take the after readings?? 1 hour after meals or 2 hours after?

My OB said 2 hours after

My OB and diabetes counselor have me taking them 1 hour after meals. You should check with your doctor.

My specialist just said to pick either 1hr or 2hrs and then stick with it. I chose 1 hour because I would forget to test if I waited longer!
